Highlights would have to be the option to try the 'self-customize' dipping sauce for the steamboat and the high quality ingredients used for the steamboat. Their attempts to blend together Japanese and French cuisines by incorporating different cooking styles, as evidenced by their foie gras teppanyaki dish and chicken rice sushi with glazed char siew.

The steamboat set come with mini stir fried dish, dessert and tea, you could choose two types of broth from three bases: 1) Seaweed, 2) Spicy, and 3) Tomato.
