Lan Je Steamed Tilapia 蘭姐清蒸非洲魚 with it's tagline one person each 一人一條 famous for it's steamed tilapia or Fei Zhou fish or African fish in cantonese. There are few branches have been opened at Klang Valley but the branch at Rawang is the origin.

With only one kind of the fish and one type of cooking style proven that it was really tasty, fresh and worth for try even in this non air-conditioned typical chinese style restaurant. Eveyone come for the steamed tilapia.

You can opts to have less spicy, standard spicy or extra spicy for your steamed tilapia; most of the customers dine in order a fish each without sharing with others. The fish steamed in soy sauce with loads finely chopped garlic, ginger, chilli padi; fresh and juicy, steamed in time just perfect.

Would think that another reason of the freshness and no smell may due to the restaurant will feed the fish in their water tank for few days to remove the "泥" smell and the fish was freshly caught and cook immediately.

Several others dishes is available but not much variety. No pork dish.

Steamed tilapia fish is a must order, fish size is not very big so you may choose for one fish each but opinion that sharing the fish of 2 persons is just fine; choose for standard spicy if you not that cravy on spicy.
