Its signature dishes, then and now, include the ever popular Oxtail Soup, Baked Crab, sizzling steaks served with a choice of 4 different sauces, Hainanese chicken chop, chicken Maryland, Hainanese Meehoon, Mamak Mee, Fried rice and also fried sambal rice.
