Harbour Steamboat 海港火锅 @ Sri Petaling


Harbour Steamboat 海港火锅 is one of the hot steamboat place at Sri Petaling for their Macau pork bone soup based; the soup based itself is chargeable separately.

The steamboat serve is in ala-carte, not buffet but freshness of the ingredients and the meritorious homemade dumplings and balls are worth for paid. Besides the signature Macau pork bone soup based, there are wide variety of soup-based available for example herbal soup , century egg soup, sugar cane soup, Teow Chew soup, papaya fungus soup, white pepper soup, tom yam soup and claypot lamb soup. May have 2 soup-based within a pot.

Chilli paste, fresh coriander, chilli sauce and fermented bean paste customised to your personal taste make for a superb dipping sauce that infinitely adds to the appeal of the soup. 

Beef and pork slices, mushroom pork balls, grouper slices, prawn wantan, fish maw, and straw and needle mushrooms are some of the most widely ordered items.

This was a steamboat place that always crowd and pack; you are advise to make a booking else you got to sit outside of the restaurant for a table. But be minded that it was expensive though.
