Bulgogi Brothers is a Korean casual dining restaurant most reknowed for its tasty bulgogi originated in Gangnam, Seoul. Bul means fire while gogi means meat. So bulgogi means fire meat. The restaurant meticulously prepare and season the meat and expertly grill them in front of the customers.

The moment you take a seat, you'll be served a welcome dish and tea. Then comes the 6 side dishes, or banchan, as we call it in Korea. They're all refillable and they're complimentary.

On the menu are a wide range of barbecued beef dishes, some served with apple and pear sauce while others are shaped into hearts. Opt for the Korean dumplings served with seafood and a homemade spicy sauce, the popular Korean-style pancake or an array of noodles and rice dishes.

Seoulsik Bulgogi - Thinly sliced beef marinated in special bulgogi sauce made from apple and pear. Served with glass noodles, enoki mushrooms leeks and onions simmered in broth.

Chadol Baki - beef brisket served with sweet potatoes, mushrooms, bean sprouts and onions

Bulgogi Brothers Special - combination of Unyang and Gwangyang-style bulgogi. In another word, beef patties and thinly sliced beef, with the latter fried in combination with green onion and garlic.

Chicken Bibimbab - bibim means mixed in Korean, while bab means rice;

Beef Kimchi Stew -spicy kimchi stew with beef brisket, tofu and rice cakes. Served with rice.
Janchi Guksu -the "party noodles" in Korea. Served in seafood broth complemented by lots of vegetables.

Haemul Pajeon - seafood pancake made with egg, flour, firm meaty prawns and veggies and enlivened with a spicy-sweet sauce
